What's Cooking

I have always been the kind of person who was overly concerned about what was for dinner.  I start thinking about it during lunch (sometimes breakfast) and then become really concerned about it as the day progresses.  I used to drive my mom nuts!  In order to save my self a lot of stress I have decided to start planning my meals the week before.  This has a lot of advantages!  It makes grocery shopping way easier, it causes a lot less worry, and gives Matt something to look forward to.  So far we only stick to the menu about 50% of the time, but our schedules have been pretty hectic recently.  I kind of foresaw this happening and built some flex days into the menu.
